Through our partner FM International Services NY), Ltd. (FMi) we can offer U.S. compliant retirement plans. Companies can offer a 401(k) plan for all U.S. tax payers and a U.S. Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan for their U.S. tax paying executives. We also have individual products for employees in registered and non-registered plans that can allow them to open accounts when the time is right.
